This magazine (Dutch & English) was made on the occasion of the 40th anniversary of the VCGN. The VCGN was the first independent user association for users of Commodore computers in the Netherlands. The VCGN grew into the largest Commodore user association in the Netherlands, and organized monthly meetings in Rijswijk and later also in other cities in the Netherlands. This edition is made in the style of the "Monitors" or "Newsletters" that were released by the VCGN in the 80's and early 90's.
