Jens Schönfeld and Oliver Achten have been working on a new project the last 12 months. They recreated the custom Amiga chips inside a FPGA. This means that you can replace broken chips with these FPGA's. But it could be possible to place the FPGA's on a PCI card. Then you could use the custom chips in any PPC system. Proto types were tested in a real Amiga 500 without problems.
