George Braun started a project to build a improved Amiga 1000. He made a complete new PCB that will even fit inside the original case. The Amiga 1000 has been improved with the following items: 68030 processor on 50 Mhz, 68882/50, 8 Mb Fast, 2 MB Chip, 1 Mb Flash, IDE controller, Flicker-Fixer, Clock and a Zorro-II slot.
