This is the second limiTED compo. limiTED is a on-line demo challenge, with three categories: 64 bytes, 128 bytes and 1024 bytes. And the program must run on a unmodified Commodore 264 series computer. You can send in your entries until April 4th 2009.

A new version of Yape is available for download. In this version of the Plus/4 emulator the following changes: CPU watch frame in monitor window. File association via the menu now works under Vista. Solved sound reset problem for save states. Ironed out a joystick set-up bug. A few bugs fixed when recording to tape. There is also a 64-bit Windows version available.

New demo for the Plus/4. This demo is released by a new group called Monarchy. The coding was done by Attila (Csio) and the graphics are from Fischer (Derrick). The demo was 4th in the Arok 10 demo competition. You can download the demo for your Plus/4 or you can watch the demo on YouTube.

Skoro from the group Assassins released a new game called Trans Logic 2. This is a sequel to Trans Logic. You have to slide the stones so that the left screen equals the right screen. The game is made for the PAL C16 or Plus/4. The game can also be played with the VICE emulator. Music was done by Simon László (SLD) and the code work by Varga Gábor (Skoro).

Istvan Varga made more improvements to his Plus/4 emulator (Linux, MacOS and Windows). Added MPS-801 printer emulation. More accurate PAL emulation in OpenGL mode. LED display for drive emulation. Istvan Varga released a couple of updates last month for his Plus/4 emulator. The plus4emu is an open source emulator of the C16, C116, and Plus/4. The program is written in C++, and supporting Windows, Linux, and MacOS X. A few of the changes are: Fixed file overwrite bug. New option for saving the printer output to a text file. New set of Windows icons (by SVS).

Minus4 has been updated quite a bit, although only in a development sense. The debugger has improved a lot and a realtime profiler is added. The NEW source to Minus4w (complete with profiler) is released so you can change things yourself. Snasm has also been updated, and now sports 65816/65c02 support, along with some new undocumented ops and bug fixes.

Another release of the Plus/4 emulator. Here's a list of the changes made: Support for custom drive ROM images. Added parallel 1541 drive emulation. Optional breakpoint opcode ($F2). /BREAK command line parameter now accepts hexadecimal addresses (0xADDE). True drive emulation and high accuracy mode are now the default. Couple of bugfixes (custom joystick keys etc.).

A new version of the Plus/4 emulator is out. Changes are: Forced Update Overlay call introduced in 0.70 now optional, Optionally allow only one instance of the emulator to run. Command line options: /DISK#:image for attaching an image to drive {8,9,10,11} at startup, /TAPE:image for attaching a TAP/WAV image on startup, /TYPE:text for typing 'text' on startup, NOSTART will suppress autostart.
