WDPaint is a graphics program for Windows. But you can draw or edit bitmaps with it for the Commodore 64. After drawing your picture you can save it to a .d64 format. You can download the program for free.

XLOAD is an easy to use way to transfer data from a DOS-PC to a CBM/PET computer. The computer is connected via a Userport <-> Printerport adapter. At the moment it's a one-way system (PC to CBM/PET) but that will change in newer versions of XLOAD. At the moment the transferrate is about 0.5KB/Sec. The test PC is a AT 486/DX-2 66Mhz.

CML provides a method for the Commodore 64 to surf the web using it's own special web browser. Once finished it will take advantage of the 64's MULTIMEDIA abilities. CML is able to translate standard HTML to CML on the fly, allowing support of standard pages, as well as those with CML content. Currently, text, sprites, color, HTML, petscii, and multiuser chat is supported. CML requires an RS232 interface connected to your PC's serial port.
