Psykozone from Alf Yngve was planned for release back in 1994 by Psytronik Software. But the game was never finished. Jason Mackenzie and Jason Kelk have dug out all the remains of Psykozone. This made it possible for Richard Bayliss and iAN CooG to finish the game 14 years later. You can download the game from the web page.
