With this library it is possible to generate mp3 data out of a program without using the command line or the function Execute() to use an external mp3-encoder. This library can handle RAW-Data (8 or 16 bit - 32000 Hz, 44100 Hz or 48000 Hz - mono or stereo). These could be encoded in mono or stereo mp3 data 32 - 320 kbits. Buffers are used for input and output. Furthermore all mp3s get a ID3-V1.1 Tag. Requirements: Amiga OS2.0, MC68020 and MC68881.
